If you won’t be home or available during delivery hours, we ask that you leave a cooler outside with an ice pack. if you need to schedule a different time for delivery, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate or we can schedule a pick up from one of our locations. Each delivery includes a $5.00  charge.

F.A.Q.

Can I cancel or receive a full refund after I place my order?

Due to the nature of our service, no refunds can be administrated once your order has been submitted.

What times will I receive my delivery?

Your meals will be delivered on Sundays, Mondays and Thursday mornings from 9:30 AM -2:30 PM.  Our delivery drivers will text you when they are on their way.

What if I am not home during delivery times?

We ask that you leave a cooler outside with ice-packs in them, or we can schedule pick-ups instead of delivery.

When and where do I pick up my meals?

Pick-ups are every Monday and Thursday from 9:30 PM – 6:00 PM.

Do you offer alternate pick up or delivery times?

If you need to schedule a different delivery or pick up time it can be arranged. Please contact us so we can arrange something more efficient for you.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most locations in Las Vegas and the Strip. We deliver from our kitchen within a 10 mile radius. Each delivery is $5.00 charge. If delivery is not available in your area, you can always pick up your food at our kitchen.

What do I need to pick up my food?

A printed or cell phone proof of your confirmation of invoice.

How long do I microwave my food?

Average time is 1-2 minutes and 30 seconds increments after that if needed.
(Times may vary depending on your microwave)

What type of payments options do you offer?

All payments are made online using either a credit or debit card.

When is my last chance to order for the next pick-up or delivery?

All orders must be placed by Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:00 p.m.  for the next weeks delivery or pick up.

What is the minimum purchase for the meals to be ordered?

$45.00 is the minimum for your order to be processed through checkout.

Can I place a phone order?

Yes, we will take phone orders and payments will be processed through an online invoice.  It is best to schedule a phone order, email us and we can set up an appointment to ensure you get all of your questions and concerns answered.

How long will the meals last and can I freeze them?

Meals should be consumed within the 4-5 day period from when received.  We keep our meals extremely clean and healthy by not preserving our ingredients.  We do not recommend freezing the meals, but if you are in a position and need to freeze them, it’s best not to keep them frozen for more then 2 weeks.  All meals are made and delivered fresh, never frozen.
